Customs Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.

All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please be aware that any customs clearance-related charges are the responsibility of the customers, EVEN for free shipping promotion orders.

Customs policies vary widely by country. Please consult your local customs office directly to see if they do in fact apply duties to your imports.

Not knowing your country's regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

Due to complex and ever-changing customs policies we cannot guarantee the items you are ordering are permitted for import into your country.

Therefore, it is crucial that you be aware of the customs laws in your country before placing an order.

Please consult your customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Returns + Refund Policy

​Unauthorized Return: Dr Orga Shopping Mall will NOT be responsible for unauthorized return conducted solely on buyer's behalf.
Buyer must contact Dr Orga Shopping Mall Customer Service before shipment of the product.
Dr Orga Shopping Mall will inform the buyer with its returning address within the procedure.
Dr Orga Shopping Mall will fully reimburse (including shipping and/or tax) of mis-shipped, defective product's amount and provide a return label via an email.
Must submit following: Invoice, name and quantity of the product, description of defection, and original package (User's manual, accessory, and/or gift, etc)
Unfortunately - we do not offer exchanges on any items.
In case of returning a non-defective product, restocking and shipping/handling fee will be deducted from the total amount.
Customers must contact Dr Orga Shopping Mall before the actual shipment of the product for canceling an order without extra charge.
Even if the product is not yet received, the customer is responsible for its shipping fee (addition to ship-back fee) if the shipment is in stage of delivery.
If the free-shipping product has already left its facility and the customer wishes to cancel one's order, the refund amount will exclude the product's ship-back amount.
If partial exchange and return is proceeded, Dr Orga Shopping Mall determines its related shipping cost complying with Dr Orga Shopping Mall's return policy.
When returning some of the items that were shipped for free, if the returned products' total value falls below the free shipping threshold, the refund amount may have the shipping fee deducted.
Refund can be proceeded only if returnable cause is found within 3 days of shipment's arrival.
If returned product differs from described, damaged, and/or shows sign of usage, proper procedure of exchange/refund of the product would be altered.
If you want a refund for reasons such as skin trouble, you can only get a refund within 30 days of purchase, and a photo may be requested to prove this.
The Refund amount will be deposited to the credit card used on transaction; it would take two to three business days for the complete transaction.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused. Any finding of abuse of our policies shall be in our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy. Note that any returns sent in that were not authorized by our team or do not meet the return criteria will be recycled/disposed of.
We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.
